We believe that opportunity should not be limited by the zip code you grew up in, and that all talent should have equal opportunity to a successful, fulfilling, and well paid career. So three years ago, we put our heads down, partnered with the Waterside School, and started doing the work.

We are proud to introduce the Bags Talent Initiative! We partner with K-12 schools that focus on providing the highest levels of education to students from low income backgrounds and place their alumni in college on a pathway towards a career. Students participate in a 12 month curriculum, focused on helping them discover, prepare for, and source the right internship and job opportunities, during and after college. We make sure every participating student has the training to thrive, the salary to afford it, and the mentorship support to be successful.
